Resident rider/trainer Lisa Coupe has ridden for New Zealand numerous times as a young rider and in senior showjumping teams. She has been a member of successful Trans-tasman and Tri-Nations teams, competing in Australia and South Africa and has trained in Germany with top showjumping riders and trainers. She has produced and competed a number of horses to top level here in New Zealand. Lisa is becoming increasingly involved in training and coaching, taking on the Coach/Chef d’ Equipe role for NZ pony rider teams travelling to South Africa and numerous school and pony club teams.
At Coupe Equestrian we aim to produce quality sporthorses for both the local and international market as well as offering schooling and training services to riders and horses of all ages and abilities.

The Team
Lisa Coupe - Rider / Trainer
Lisa has been competing from a young age, first representing New Zealand as a young rider at age 14. She has produced and competed a number of horses successfully to Grand Prix and World Cup level. Lisa has been on Showjumping New Zealand development and pre-elite squads, long listed for Athens Olympics, and winner of many national titles and championships.
